Directions
For dietary supplementation: take 1 tablet 1–2 times daily between meals. When following a weight-loss diet: take 1 tablet 2–3 times daily about 30 minutes before a meal. For use around physical activity: take 2–3 tablets about 30 minutes before exercise.
