Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made in the online store FabTrade.co.uk, operated by Fab Trade Group LTD, 112 High Street, TW3 1NA London. Contact: orders@fabtrade.co.uk

§ 6. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)

1. A Consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason (CCR 2013). Upon withdrawal, the contract is considered void.
2. The rights in this section also apply to a Sole Trader acting as a consumer.
3. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods (unless the Store explicitly offers free returns).
4. Withdrawal may be submitted:
   • via the form: /returns-open.html (recommended), or
   • in writing, using the template (Annex 2) and sending it to the Seller's address.
5. The Store promptly confirms receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
6. The 14-day period begins:
   • for goods – when the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer takes possession of the goods,
   • for goods delivered in parts – upon taking possession of the last part,
   • for regular deliveries – upon taking possession of the first item,
   • for digital services/content – on the day the contract is concluded.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (CCR 2013, reg. 28) include: fully performed services with prior consent; customised goods; sealed goods unfit for return after opening for hygiene reasons; sealed recordings/software after opening; intangible digital content supplied with explicit consent before 14 days; perishable goods; goods inseparably mixed with other items; newspapers (except subscriptions); public auctions; services with specific dates (events, accommodation, vehicle rental, catering).
8. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of used, opened, or unsealed products, including cosmetics, perfumes, makeup accessories, and other items intended for personal use.

§ 7. Effects of Withdrawal

1. The Seller refunds all payments (including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery) promptly, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
2. The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return shipment – whichever comes first.
3. The Consumer must return the goods to the Seller without delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal date (sending the shipment before the deadline is sufficient).
4. The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
