Ingredients

Per capsule: fish oil 1000 mg (EPA 330 mg, DHA 220 mg, other omega-3 fatty acids 100 mg), vitamin D3 50 µg (2000 IU), vitamin K2 50 µg (67%), vitamin E 12 mg (100%)

Directions

Take 1 capsule once daily after a meal with plenty of water.

Warnings

May contain soya lecithin. Do not take other products containing vitamin D or vitamin K. Do not use if taking vitamin K antagonists such as warfarin or acenocoumarol. The capsules are large and should not be divided. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
