Ingredients
Per tablet: vitamin D3 100 µg (4000 IU, 2000% NRV). cellulose, cholecalciferol, magnesium salts of fatty acids, croscarmellose, silicon dioxide
Directions
Healthy adults over 75 years: take 1 tablet daily. Adults up to 75 years and children over 11 years: take ½ tablet daily. Take during or after a meal.
Warnings
Do not take other products containing vitamin D at the same time. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. The EFSA tolerable upper intake level for vitamin D for people over 11 years is 100µg. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
