- Citrulline is a non-proteinogenic amino acid that participates in many important processes in the body.
Citrulline is involved, among others, in the urea cycle - an important metabolic process during which ammonia produced in the metabolism of amino acids is removed from the body.
How to use:
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 3 g (0.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings a day.
- On training days, the first serving 30 min. before training, the second serving immediately after training.
- On non-training days, the first serving in the morning after waking up, the second serving before going to bed.
The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
