A method of preparing:
Pour one full teaspoon of the herb into a glass (200 ml) of hot water and leave covered for 10 minutes. Drink freshly prepared infusion. The best results are achieved by systematically consuming (drinking) tea. The infusion can also be used to rinse the mouth.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, in a tightly closed container, e.g. a can, jar, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.
